How to use
From registration to reservations and My Page — the whole flow.
1. Create an account
Sign up with your name, email and phone number, plus your child's grade, available lesson times, Japanese/English levels and preferred course. One account works for both the Japanese and English school.
2. Find a class
Check day, time, level, capacity and fees on the website's course page or via the class link your teacher shared. Full classes cannot be joined.
3. Apply
Log in and apply for the class you want. Your application starts as "Pending" and the school will confirm it suits your child.
4. Confirmation
Once the school confirms, the status becomes "Confirmed" and you also receive an email. Payments (cash or bank transfer) are collected directly by the school.
5. My Page
On My Page you can check application status, the class timetable, attendance records and payment status at any time, and edit your registered information.
6. Cancellation & changes
You can cancel pending applications from My Page. For confirmed lessons, please contact the school.
