Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms set forth the conditions for using the official websites, member system, and booking services provided by the School (the "Service"), between the user and the School.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Service provides course and class information, reservations, enrollment procedures, attendance and grade records, and notifications. Specific details of lessons and teaching materials follow each course's description and the School's rules.
Article 3 (Registration)
Users shall register as members with accurate information. Minors shall obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before registering or using the Service. Users are responsible for managing their account and password, and may not transfer, lend, or share them with third parties.
Article 4 (Enrollment Application and Contract)
An enrollment/lesson contract is formed between the user and the School when the School accepts the application (by sending confirmation of enrollment). Applications must be completed with accurate and complete information.
Article 5 (Lessons and Materials)
Lessons are conducted according to the schedule and format (in person, online, etc.) set by the School. Teaching materials are provided according to each course's description. If changes to schedules or instructors are necessary, the School will notify users in advance (or promptly in urgent cases).
Article 6 (Tuition and Payment)
Tuition and other fees shall be paid by the designated method and deadline, in accordance with the guidance on each course page or the School's rules. Lessons may not be available in the event of delayed payment.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Withdrawal)
Changes and cancellations of reservations shall be made through the member page or by contacting the School, within the attendance rules and deadlines separately established by the School. Withdrawal requests shall follow the School's prescribed procedures, and fee settlements shall be handled in accordance with the School's rules.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, the following are prohibited: (1) interfering with the operation of the Service; (2) infringing the rights or interests of other users or third parties; (3) registering false information; (4) unauthorized reproduction, copying, recording, or redistribution of the Service's content or teaching materials; (5) any act violating laws or public order and morals.
Article 9 (Copyright)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in texts, images, videos, audio, and other content on or provided through the Service and its teaching materials belong to the School or their rightful owners. Users may not use such content beyond the scope of personal use.
Article 10 (Personal Information)
Users' personal information is handled appropriately in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of the School's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the School's liability for damages arising from use of the Service is limited to ordinary and foreseeable damages. The School is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by natural disasters or other causes not attributable to the School.
Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)
The School may revise these Terms in response to legal amendments or changes in the Service. Revised content applies from the time it is posted on this website.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the School's location, as the court of first instance.
